TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our terms and conditions apply to all sales of products via kontainercopenhagen.dk and where the buyer is a consumer who is a natural person and not acting professionally. It is a requirement that you are 18-years-old to buy products in the webshop and possess a valid credit card.
With every purchase in the webshop you agree to our terms and conditions. KONTAINER COPENHAGEN reserves the right to revise and change conditions from time to time without notice. Your order will be subject to the conditions prevailing at the time your order takes place.
HOW TO BUY
In order to buy, choose a product and ‘add to cart’. You can edit your cart right until the order is placed, and you can frequently check the content and price of the products as well as delivery. When you are ready to order, click on ‘checkout’. If you have received a discounted coupon code, please apply it here. Please, fill out the required billing and shipping information. Delivery options are entered at the next step and added to the billing amount. When you click ‘continue’, you are able to enter your credit card information safely. When you click ‘place order’, your order will be sent to us and your credit card will be charged.
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. In case the product is not in stock or sold out, you will be notified immediately directly by phone or e-mail. Payment for your order will not be deducted from your credit card until the order is shipped from our warehouse.
You can choose your desired currency in Danish kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR). It will be inclusive of 25% VAT.
HOW TO PAY
In the webshop kontainercopenhagen.dk and kontainercopenhagen.com you can pay with the following credit cards and payment ways:

Mobilepay (only for Danish residents)
Anyday (only for Danish residents)
You must enter the card number, expiration date and security code when ordering. It is free of charge to pay by credit card on the webshop. However, there may be imposed fee by your credit card issuer in which KONTAINER COPENHAGEN cannot control.
All credit card holders will undergo control verification and approval by the card issuer. By placing an order to KONTAINER COPENHAGEN via kontainercopenhagen.dk, you guarantee that the information entered is correct and valid. In cases where there are insufficient funds in your account we reserve the right to cancel the order, and will in that case contact you directly.
PREORDERS
When you preorder a product, it means that you buy a product with a longer delivery time than normal. We withdraw your payment when your order is packed and ready to be shipped. If you wish to cancel or change your preorder before delivery has taken place, you are always in your full right.

RESERVATIONS
KONTAINER COPENHAGEN reserves the right to change prices without notice and cannot be held reliable to price or printing errors as well as items out of stock.
Computer screens may vary in both size and color settings, and thus the color of the leather and materials vary depending on each screen. We cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen reflect the bag accurately.
Each bag designed by KONTAINER COPENHAGEN is handmade by skilled craftsmen in Portugal and in certified sustainable genuine leather. Especially high quality leather will naturally vary in its structure and appearance which automatically gives a variation from bag to bag. This is part of why we love working with leather and only makes your product even more unique.
We strive to describe all the bags on the webshop as accurately as possible, but should you have further questions to e.g. materials or functionality, please do not hesitate to contact us.
OPENING HOURS
You can make your online purchase at any time of the day, any time of the week. We pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-2 more days for the courrier to deliver.
